  1. Because.. umm.. its mostly home cooked.. and is food from the philippines? lol

    Filipino food has pretty much been influenced by foods from different countries in Asia, and Spain and whatnot. They changed it a bit, and has turned into filipino cuisine. But they do have their own original dishes.. mm yummy..

    While Western cooking is mostly concerned with presentation, the Filipino cook's main objective is to make a dish that would be delectable to those partaking it; especially the termed "lutong-bahay" (home cooking).
