What makes a desk chair ERGONOMIC ?

Other than having an adjustable up and down seat. Sometimes with arms and some without arms.

My shoulder hurts too.

  1. Ergonomic desk chairs have features that ensure you a correct posture and fit.   Depending on your own preference, you can get one with or without arms.  They don't fix you, they just help you maintain a proper posture while sitting which tends to make you more comfortable.
