im wondering what makes a dream more real?

When you can't just see it, but feel it- not just emotionally, but physically. For example falling dreams often seem real because of the falling sensation your body seems to physically feel. And dreams about death can seem real, as you feel unbelievably sad.  

When the colours are so vivid that you can see and remember little details.
