What makes a golf cart be street legal in california?

I have a golf cart with blinkers and lights and i was wondering what else i have to have before its street legal.

ask at the Cal.. D.M.V.. and they will give you a site to look in to and there you will find all the info. you need to make your caulf cart street legal..

Have you ever wondered why there are NO golf carts on the streets?

Because they do not allow it.
