  2. same thing that makes a good politician. complete lack of breath, pulse or any other vital signs.

  3. Something that will never happen in British or any other countries politicians, Honesty, personal integrity, courage, ability to stand firm in a crisis , understanding of people and there needs from all walks of life,

personal loyalty to their country and people over all other considerations, Ability to weigh the pros and cons and make a quick decision without setimentality getting in the way . A rare breed indeed such a paragon has rarely been found although there has been a few close to that mark.

  4. the opposite og Gordon Brown could be a start

  5. A good PM should be strong, honest, decisive and not be afraid of implementing what's best for the Country.

Popularity is not the most important quality a PM should concern themselves with. So long as they have what is best for the Country as a whole in mind and above all else be loyal to their Country and the people of which he/she is elected to serve.

They should listen to what the people want.

To an extent what happens in their personal life should remain just that, the love/s*x life of the PM is not really of our concern but criminal and selfish acts are.

    I would make a PM.

Some of My policies would be to give Criminals strong Custodial sentences, (five years minimum if caught carrying a Knife, Paedophiles/rapists minimum ten years, not to give sentences for non payment of council tax and similar minor offences).

Go Back to using Prisons for what they were originally intended for, locking up criminals to Protect the General Public.

Strong Restrictions for people entering this Country, Highly skilled workers and only the severest of those seeking asylum be allowed to enter, then allowed to return to their Country of origin once safe to do so.

Forget statistics for Schools and performance related funding. Back to educating children so when they leave school they can read and write properly and not type everything on computers.

Clean and safe hospitals. More focus on the pay and conditions for the doctors, nurses and in house cleaning staff and not the CEO's and the Board members.

Stop letting the rest of Europe telling us how and what's best for the UK. Stop giving money to the EU.

We should concerntrate on putting the Great back into Britian.

  6. my answer is simple

a good PM is exactly what Gordon brown is not, or what ever gordon brown is we need the opposite

  7. Not Gordon Brown...

He should be trying to fix the state the Uk is in, not Greeting the Olympics Winners!!!

  8. First of all he should have a magnificent moustache, a stiff upper lip and the ability to carry off wearing a Harris tweed suit in all occasions. The ability to make big decisions while in a gin induced stupor would also be an advantage. Anything else is by the by, I can't emphasise that moustache part enough though. Tip top.

  9. take into account , more general public opinion and try to balance it out a bit. i know you can`t please every body , but it would be nice to have all walks of life able to live without astruggle ( the honest ones at least )

i also agree with the moustach bit Mr terry thomas man.

  10. Anything that doesn't scowl, bite its nails or  frighten children.
