What makes a good massage?

I just had a hot stone massage last week.  It was good because she took her time and listened to my needs.  Found out it's not something I'd have done all the time, but it was nice for the moment.

A therapist that listens to your needs and can help you out, when you find new troubled areas.

I trade off with my co workers often and love it.  

When getting a massage.....

.....tell the therapist that the pressure is too light or too deep.

.....tell the therapist where you feel you need to be massaged more than other areas on your body.

......shower before you get a massage.

.......and relax!
