What makes a good radio show?

I host a radio show.

Kind of stuck for ideas.

I know what music to play.

What about some segments?

What would you want?

It's a teenage targeted request show and everything else around is really boring.

Suggestions Appreciated alot.

I like talk back. Read the paper and start talking about things you think might interest your listeners. One topic will lead to another.

for a teen audience, there is one thing that keeps them there: requests and dedications.  other than that, bring in a raltionship expert and talk for 45 seconds between songs about relationships.  and play all the music they want to hear.
