  1. well i guess that if your family has a history of fighting experience you might be born with some natural fighting talent, but other than that great punchers aren't born. The real power in your punch doesn't come from your arms it actualy comes from your waste and breathing. See when your throw a greeat punch you rotate your hips and this adds a h**l of a lot of speed to your punch. Also when you punch you should exhale, becuase this allows your body to exert more force. Oh and about the energy comming from your feet, in the beginaing of your punch you set your feet and this causes energy to travel through your legs and get combined with that from your rotating hips and it is all focused in your punch. Knowingwhere to punch to cause pain in your oppent is also key(nose, kidneys, solar plex, jaw, temple etc). And practice never hurt either. Oh and a way to practie rotaiting your hips is to get in a horse stance and practice thrwoing straight punches from it while focuseing on your breathing and rotating hips.
