I have a cat but I would love to have another pet, but not a Dog since I don't have time for a Dog. I do have a cat (my husbands cat) and she hates other cats.... Help, I am not sure what makes a nice pet, I don't want to get bitten, I want it to be snugly.

  1. Guinea pigs are sweet, low maintanance, and VERY loving!

They don't bite , but get a male, since they are more affectionate than the females for some reason.

  2. well with that structure  i would say goldfish but if you want an interactive pet i would say a parrot gerbal something like that

  3. I had a sweet rat once.  He loved to ride on people's shoulders.  His name was PJ.  He loved carrots and could give kisses on your cheek on command.

He passed away when he was 3 from a broken heart.  His guinea pig pal (who was much older) died from old age and it brok PJ's heart.  He cried for days and refused to eat or drink.  Nearly impossible to force feed a rat.

  4. I used to have a dwarf hamster and it was adorable!  He LOVED being hald and being in his hamster ball.  The only thing was if you stuck your hand in his cage to pick him up he'd bite you!  Kinda weird, maybe some territorial thing???  Anyways, he was a lot of fun and very cute/interactive.  However not sure how good that might be with a cat.

Also, hermit crabs are cheap and easy to care for....also interactive and fun to watch.  Not so cute and cuddley though.

  5. Rabbits are amazing.  Make sure our cat will  not harm a rabbit or another animal.

  6. A rabbit... but do loads of research before you get it.
