  1. A solid stance

Eyes evenly spaced over the cue

An arm like a hinge (no upper-arm movement)

    Head down

    Strong and open bridge-hand

Stay down and follow through ---do NOT lift head or body

Repetition - Rhythm (same number of practice strokes)

    Concentration

Focus (do not watch the cue ball)

    Practice! Practice! Practice!

  2. Key word Smooth,From back swing to follow through just 1 motion that is a stroke what you do with it is another matter

  3. having a steady guide hand and good aim....also the ability to not get distracted when your friends try to psych your shot lol

  4. a blood clot that goes to your brain

  5. As long as you can hit the cue ball where you want with the spin that you want at the speed that you want, that's all that matters. Some things that will help get you there are mentioned in loriann's post though. I'd only disagree with the eye spacing and bridge suggestions. Most people have a dominant eye and that needs to be accounted for. Typically the dominant eye is what should be over the cue. The bridge can be opened or closed, but it needs to be steady and solid. After that, it's all about practice and timing.
