when I meet a broadminded person I know that they are willing to listen to my opinion what ever it may be and be open to its solutions.(socially this is a good trait to have, so watch out for the impostures (me)).

as for all that other stuff you might want to rephrase your question to a specific discipline so that the bachelors of (incert word here) can take a crack at it

IT means people who have the ability to consider opposing ideas and look for the logic and motivation on both sides; without feeling the need to see things in only one light.
