What makes a person "wonderfully mysterious"?

Give me your best philosophy on this. Do you know anyone who fits that description? What about them do you find awesomely alluring? Is it something a person is born with? Is it something that a person can develop?

A wonderfully mysterious person to me is someone who remains a "question" in my mind rather than an "answer."  I know a bit about them, but not their whole life story.  And that makes me want to know more.  I think it is a trait that can be developed by practicing sharing yourself just enough and not too much.  There is such a thing as too much information!

To stand against the flow.  Respond to what is asked, but do not overtly reveal all the hidden spots in your armor.  

Someone has to gain it, earn it through experience.  

To have seen a lot, but says little.

It isnt exactly a desirable trait.

But a lot of the times people like that do it because they wanna be that way, they yearn for the title.  Which, is not, of course, cool.  Which goes against being wonderful :]
