What makes a person seem stupid?

Let's be honest...what traits and qualities make you think a person is of lower intelligence and/or just plain stupid? What about social stupidity?

rPeople that do stupid things are usually stupid.

I am in Europe at the moment and my language skills are pretty bad but I still go out to a small ladies health club here to workout. I have been going there for over 3 years now and they know me pretty well.

Last week a new member put her water bottles on the window ledge, we are on the thired floor to a very busy street.

It was windy and she tried to shut the window but did a very poor job of it and one of her bottles fell out of the window.

I had to take charge and get up and go shut the window the proper way and remove her remaining bottles from the ledge before anyone walking on the street got hit by one of them.

Today, I am in the toilet before class, there ae two next to each other and the light switch is turned on from outside the door.

She was next to me and when she got out of the toilet, she also shut my light off. I had to knock on the door and call out for her to turn it back on. I think she is a stupid person in any language.

When people say things like 'I hate black people.I'm not racist.I just hate black people,that's one i heard recently.So arrogance,racism and homophobio.Judging without facts.When people say 'I'm SO crazy!' ......... why?Because you drank one to many pink alcho pops and fell over whilst making a sound like a whining horse.When people become to defensive of their own opinions and won't listen to other peoples points of views.When people have big ego's.When people have no political/religeous views. I'm not talking about being athiest or not wanting to read or watch political related things,but when people say 'don't know,don't care' like it's of no consequence.And also,people who put others down,though that being said,this answer has become something of a paradox.

People who dont take anything serious people who you cant have an intelectual Conversation with and people who say things like, like a million times in a sentence but saying that a lot of people just dumb themselfs down because they havnt got the confidence to stand out from the crowd and embrace their inteligence
