What makes a person suddently cry without any reason at all?

This person is saying "life is not the way I want it to be."

It may be real pressures that are too much or imagined pressures.  Depression causes stress to be seem worst than it is.  The brain is not regulating its chemicals. The chemicals are the way the brain is able to think in an organized manner.

People see the problem but the brain can't connect to a solution. Thus, hopelessness. People will sleep alot in order not to think or will have sleeplessness because they are overstressed.  Both make the situation worst.  There is a reason but they may not be willing to tell you because of shame.

when you try to block something out for WAY to long an your alone an its quiet it finally gets to you an hits your heart without you knowing why you cry, if u take the time to really think about whats bothering you, dig way down deep, youd be surprised what has been bothering you this long.

A person could have been going through hard times for days, weeks or months.   Who knows?   And we all have a breaking point......There comes a time when we just can't take anymore and break down and cry.....In fact, it can be a good thing to cry.......It may even give a little relief to the grief the person is experiencing at the moment......We're only human!

Clinical depression could do that.  Clinical depression may involve a change in the chemistry of the brain...creating an imbalance.  This imbalance may be responsible for feeling like crying for what seems to be no apparent reason.

dont know. never happendedd to me. but it does happen alot to people that i know. more girls than anything. well . all girls. man ther just kry for nada. and it really depressing.
