What makes a star player?

what are some things that a star player has? what kind of skill? what kind of personality, characteristic, etc.

...dont say practice,, were going beyond that...

     well of course you gotta be a great player and should average alot of good stats like points. the player should have determination to win and make plays like chris paul.and i noticed a lot of star players have a lot of highlight reels or make great or even spectacular plays examples; wade a couple seasons ago,kobe,bron,cp3.

-multiple ways to score, for example: not jsut a good 3 point shooter, but can drive, score in the post, etc

-willing to take the critical shots in a game

-can fill up the stat sheet in stats other than scoring
