what makes a ball bounces is elasticity.  stress=modulus elasticity times strain where strain is extension over length.  this formula is for unidirection object like a bar but a good indicator for the elasticity of a ball.  so just find the material which has the largest modulus of elasticity.  if the material is stressed beyond it's plastic range, if wouldn't bounce.
