  1. its a combination of quality, brand name & advertising. same with any product.

The better the product, the more the advertising, and the more they advertise affects the price, same as say apple juice, cars, or laundry detergent, basically what makes a capitolist economy work.

  2. the country it comes from and the way it is distilled

  3. Advertising budget.   The better brands use more expensive ingredients, but if you mix the vodka instead of drinking it straight up that distinction is lost.

Grey Goose is the better of the three.

  4. the ability to get you more drunker and faster this works the best to get me completly outta control 5 mins after i chug it

  5. quality of it, how smooth it is stuff like that

  6. vodka is vodka

    advertisement sells and cost money

real cheap vodka is not distilled properly

  7. vodka can be made from a variety of things including, grain, molasses and potato, after the first distilling it is redistilled to eliminate impurities and produce a pure high strength product which is then passed through charcoal which removes all tastes and smell of the original product leaving a neutral spirit (unlike gin, rum or brandy). So the price reflects how many times it has been through the charcoal filter process and the original product, and whether it has been re-distilled, some spirits like jameson irish whiskey- are triple distilled. plus all the other adds etc that people mentioned
