I am a woman and for me what makes a woman s**y is her attitude and the way she carries herself.  to me a woman has got to have a good attitude, nice, sincere, i dont know how to describe, but its like a when you get around her she entice you, she makes you yearn for her. i think charisma has alot to do with it too. to me thats s**y when a women has the power to captivative her companion with a soultryness to her and not in a sexual manner.  I know guys like the breast the a s s the big hips and whatever else. btu a woman can have all  that and its just something about her that probably do not do it for you intelectualy spiritually. maybe sexually yes but i think men need more than just s*x.  I hope i explained it well
