  1. It depends on the wrestler, whatever his favorite move, best move, or most inavative move is the wrestler chooses as his finisher.

The company does not decide the move set of a wrestler

  2. I'm assuming its a move the wrestler feels comfortable doing and can execute it without injury. Another part that goes into it i'm sure is if they thinks its a buyable finisher and if it looks good.

  3. I think they get to create it but WWE has to pass it I remember in a Bret Hart Biography He said His Father helped him with his finsher - The Sharpshooter

  4. Depends on the style of the wrestler...

    Technical? High-Flyer? Brawler?

Example: Jeff Hardy is a flyer, he has the swanton.

Meanwhile, HHH has a high-impact finisher.

Also need to figure out if it works with the gimmick.

Example: Jericho has the "Walls of Jericho"

HHH's is the "Pedigree" because he used to be known as the Greenwich Blue Blood.

  5. they pick it

  6. it can be based on his character or he can just pick whatever he wants i'm assuming.

  7. Something the wrestler feels comfortable with and what they can execute without a problem. Sometimes the company picks their finisher or the wrestler decides. It also has to do with their character & their style of wrestling. Like if their a highflyer or powerhouse etc.

  8. The WWE tells them what they are gonna do and who is gonna win. They also tell them what to say and do, because pro wrestling is fake.

  9. Well, they would probably see what the wrestler did well and tell them to do something like it. Example:

Upper body strength = FU or chokeslam

Lowerbody strength = sweet chin music, pedigree

High flyer = frog splash or leg scissor take down

there are also combos like upper body + high flyer = 619

Lower body + high flyer = shining wizard kick

Yeah, the character would influence it too like the Undertaker has the Chokeslam, but didn't use it as a finisher usually until later on, he has upper and lower body power so he uses the tombstone.  The last ride is more of upper body strength than anything else I think.
