what makes cricket so popular in INDIA?.....

I mean.............I have got a lesson to study abt cricket this year.........I am not complaining, though.

  1. It&#039;s the pride for your country.

    But it&#039;s also the hope, any person whether homeless, poor, rich or living with a disease sometimes cricket can be the only thing that makes them smile.

    When i was on holiday in Sri Lanka we went to a school for the blind, and guess what they play cricket and some of them are really good, most of them are so addicted to cricket because it puts a smile on their face.

  6. There are Two main reasons which makes CRICKET popular in India.

    First : India started playing cricket before getting independence from Britishers. So the British rule played a vital role making cricket popular in India.

    Second : The historic win in 1983 World Cup. After that all young Indians wants to be like Kapil Dev.

    So these are two main reasons.
