What makes guys intimidated by a girl?

Sometimes i feel like i intimidate guys. Either that or guys are just turned off by my personality.... but idk. i think i'm nice. I just wanna know what makes guys intimidated by a girl? b/c they say their intimidated by beauty but guys would ask other pretty girls out. so if guys think i'm pretty, then why are they intimidated by me and now by other pretty girls? lol

i disagree with girl7 he wont not come around but if you tell him you want to marrie him he might be in shock but to tell a guy you love him he probaly does too but wont admit it

I am intimidated by girls I think are REALLY pretty cause I feel like I'm not on their "level" (like my ex-girlfriend), I look for girls that are smart and pretty but if they are incredibly accomplished, I sometimes become insecure about my own achievements. I know it sounds selfish, but I'm working on it, I promise it isn't.

sometimes guys are intimidated by a strong, aggressive personality. those are the guys that will bore you anyway so move on. Some guys like girls that are quiet and submissive!! That is for the birds. LOL. I am told I am pretty and lots of men are intimidated by me. I dont' want that kind of man! And if you are like that, you don't either. Don't change who you are! Plenty of men love that kind of personality! Don't settle or change for any man!.

It's hard to explain lol. Your presence or something makes us curl up like babies inside, but then we try to play it cool on the outside. I guess it shows if u notice it :0. My guess is beauty AND a nice personality combined.

Rejection is a scary thing and sometimes that's the reason.There's alot of other reason  Like thinking she's too fine to be single. So let people know you don't a BF :D

usually guys are intimidated by a girls good looks and fear of rejection.my x wife was genuinely beautifull and the same happened but she also was genuinely sweet and kind  to everyone yet quite unless spoken to and most guys expect a girl that looks great to have a personality of confidence to speak up.

I've been where you are,  i've come to understand a few things.  You either come across as confident, and that can be interpreted as "high-maintenance" in a mans' psyche.  Or, because you are confident, they cannot see themself as your "hero".  Men still need to be needed.  But, don't compromise yourself for them.  Be patient,  he'll come along...the one who digs you for exactly who you are.   :)

I'm sure that guys are intimidated by girls who are "wife material". They go out with other pretty girls because theyre promiscuous & unladylike. It means theyre "pretty" on the outside but very ugly on the inside. Or maybe theyre not intimidated by other girls because those ones happen to not have a good personality. trust me, the percentage of guys who are chicken are terrified of good personalities.

You would really have to ask a friend sort of guy off line. Online, like the ones who answered you will not always say everything.

I would have to say fear of rejection. I have heard from models that they are lonely because guys would assume they already had plans/a bf or whatever because they were so pretty. Frustrating isn't it??

you can't intimidate anyone...

They have to allow themselves to be intimidated.

If you have a SECURE guy... who is confident in himself, nothing you can do or say will have very much effect.

I don't think, in your case - it's because you're pretty.  It's because you ARE PRETTY and you know it.  (or perhaps, you're really NOT and you think you are)
