Question:

What makes me hunch over?

im 5' 10 male, weight 144 lbs., age 15.

i do bench press and i used to do ab workouts.

but never back workouts.

could it be the muscle that i don't have in my back?

  1. no it is likely scoliosis which is a condition caused by an abnormal curvture of the spine , you do need to see a dr for a diagnosis however ..

    it might be painful at first because of the adjustment but practicing good posture as a habit will help more than you know .. .trying standing at attention for 15 minutes at a time off and on ever so often .. to help with any back pain after you do any back work outs  , try  a gentle massage . .

    improving youre balance by walking across a room balancing a book on top of youre head is a good way to improve posture ...


  2. go to a chiropractor they will help you sit up straight also if you play lets say football and you knock out your back that may be why
