What makes me ineligble for secret security level access?

What makes me ineligble for secret security access? I'm 15 and have had one minor harrasment offense. Would this make me ineligble. Also I've heard that for some offenses its not a factor after 5 years, is this true? Thanks.

clearance goes back 10-7 years but I don't think it jeperdizes clearance.

any felony would and any violent charge but it only goes back so far and even if it does you can still join get a MOS that doesnt require much of a clearance and sign up for 2 yrs and then after your 2 yrs if you keep your nose clean you can get a clearance. i knew a guy that had a felony drug charge and thats what they told him
