  1. i dont know. but when you have one push your finger nail in the middle and make an X then rub it and it wont itch anymore.

  2. When a mosquito bites you it actually injects a fluid into the area that make the blood thinner and easier to suck out.  It's this fluid that causes the reaction. The area becomes hot and swollen as a way for your body to fight it.  Heat kills most foreign bodies (that's why when you are sick you get a fever) and the white blood cells fighting also releases heat.  It becomes swollen because all of the white blood cells meet there to fight the foreign body or substance.

  3. I dunno, just put some Gold-Bond on it  or something. The main thing we need to realize is ONLY FEMALES BITE..it's a fact, look it up..

  4. the mosquito injects a substance to prevent blood clotting.

Apply some Oil of Oregano to the site.

Apply some Neat oil of Lavender to the site

  5. Mosquito bites contain formic acid which burns and itches like an ant bite. It is not as concentrated as in ants, spiders, or nettles but enough to cause irritation. You can buy creams that help calm down the irritation at a drug store. They rise because your body's immune system is reacting to the venom.

  6. well i think its cause when they put there little thing that acts like a straw after it sucks up the blood it pulls the straw like thingy out and as it pulls it out it exposes to the world so air gets in it it rises and starts to Begins itching well hope i could help.

  7. It is due the immune reaction with which your body responds to the introduction of a foreign substance. When the mosquito bites, she is actually piercing your skin with her proboscis (mouth). She deposits some of her saliva when she does this. So, histamine and other components  of the immune system rush to the site of the bite to neutralize the foreign proteins in the saliva. The area around the bite rises because of the extra plasma brought to the site. Histamine is a very potent itch-inducing substance.
