When they don't have to try, or fight or even stand still for basic necessities.

You also don't seem to bothered about your typing either.

Laziness comes from inactivity...the only way to get out of the rut is to force yourself to get up..go out...and MOVE.

Once you start doing this you will feel more energised and active.

Ptolomy is correct, you do need to force yourself to excersise, which is unfourtunate seeing as your too ''lazy'' to do so, haha. Just make yourself excersise! You should also eat some good food like fruits and vegetables, it might perk you up a bit!
