  1. beef

  3. from the bile and the bilirubin from dead blood cells

  4. it isnt always brown... it can be green, yellow, and even black when you are a baby...

  5. Bilirubin, a breakdown product of haemoglobin from red blood cells.

The old worn out red blood cells are broken down in the liver and bilirubin is exreted in the faeces and produces the brown colour.

    Hope this helps!

  6. The brown color is because of the dead blood cells and bacteria  in the material, all mammals "p**p" brown. As an aside birds don't p**p brown reason being birds don't urinate.

  7. A pigment called stercobilin, which originates from the liver.  Haemoglobin, the substance which carries oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood and makes it red, is broken down into bilirubin and biliverdin by the liver and then secreted into the intestines by the gall bladder.  Bilirubin is then altered by bacteria in the large intestine, making it brown.
