Some people make and stick to clear-cut goals...they connect with sound-minded people who motivate and/or encourage them to get ahead. They're willing to heed and follow good advice and work hard. They don't procrastinate (or not much) and finish what they've started.

If you have been motivated by the right people, if you have a good education, if you are possibly an extrovert, if you have desires to make an impact on the world, because that person isnt lazy. It is all down to how much someone wants something, everyone wants quick fame but those celebs who worked hard and built up their careers i believe have achieved more.

I believe its self determination,

anyone of us can achieve if we really wanted to....

someone who wants to learn will do so,

some people i believe are just to lazy and can not be bothered,

be motivated, be prepared to put in the time and effort, then i believe you will achieve..
