What makes some youtube videos so popular?

I am new to you tube. I put up a video. I think it is really cute, and I even put in popular music. But no one has commented on it. IS it just me, or is it a bad video?

Your problem is that about 35% of videos are from a YT search, you name isn't that great, also, add more tags.

And 'Hannah Montanna' music is just plane horrible!

I have the same problem! But maybe its hard to find, not in everyone's interest, or it could be bad. I don't know.
