I asked a similar question in the tattoo section.

But i want to now why.

Why would having low blood pressure make me bleed easier?

What 'causes' someone to be an easy bleeder?

  1. there are a lot of things that can contribute to being an easy bleeder

one thing is diseases like hemophelia, or the milder and more common von willebrand's disease, where there are proteins missing from blood, and those proteins are used in clotting.

as far as blood pressure is concerned, i think that makes you an easy bleeder because your blood vessels will be looser and the blood wont rush past the wound as quickly and therefore will kinda seep out of it

  2. One is an easy bleeder when they have a low platelet count. Platelets are tiny particles in the blood that clog up cuts and scratches and stop the bleeding, allowing your body to heal the disturbed area.

If one has low blood pressure, you might bleed easier due to less blood flow to the disturbed area--meaning fewer platelets can go to the disturbed area (longer for the area to stop bleeding).
