What makes someone boring?

you know when people are like " you have no personality" i think every1 has one but what really makes someone boring? Just because someone is quiet it doesn't mean they're boring but wt does?

if a person talks a lot about him/herself, that's extremely boring... or if they repeat the same old stories all the time....

Someone who never has anything interesting to say.  

Boring:  How was your day?  Fine.

Not Boring:  How was your day?  It was awesome thanks.  I met this guy on the subway and turns out we used to live next to each other when we were little!  Small world, no?

do you talk a lot or not at all?start talking if you don't.that may help a little

when they talk bout nothing...or it can just b the way they are talkin if they just droan on and on and on, and their voice it horrible then that makes them boring...well to me neways...
