  1. My son has mild dysgraphia, but is pretty good at finding useful information. (At 10, he's older than your kids, but I still think this may be helpful to you.) In the group project his class is currently working on, he is the primary fact-finder and the other kids do the majority of the writing. He's also great at (and confident with) oral presentations, so he'll likely be the group's spokesperson when it's time to present.

His teacher doesn't allow my son to be a "victim" of his weaknesses, but he also plays to his strengths. The result is my son is much more confident in the school environment, and is starting to feel more "enabled" than "disabled."

  2. I don't understand your question?  If you're asking how to have children work together equally, the answer is you must work with them.  Teach them to work together as a team, if one child cannot write, then they should be given another task.  The goal is to make everyone feel a part of the project without one user being left out.
