  2. The sky is always clear!

    It is just the angle of the sun and the way the sun's rays are hitting the atmosphere and getting scattered that makes it look blue or red.

    When the sun is up, the rays hit at a direct angle and the atmosphere skaters the beams of light to the point where it shows the blue in the light.

    When the sun goes up or down, the light is kind of under the atmosphere at the point you are in the world and it does not get broken up the same amount and the same way and it shows the red from the rays.
