It is my belief that God is in fact playing marbles with the Earth and has just ended his/her winning streak having lost Pluto in the last 2 years.

After acquiring 8 other Planets over some 13 billion years, God was shattered after losing Pluto in an intense game with Zeus, 'King of the Gods'. God reportedly recovered well from the loss, stating, "I don't really care that much, cos you know, I'm the all-powerful and ever-living God and I can get any chick I want."

Zeus had little comment on the matter, saying only this:

"Yeh God's just a sore loser and I'm dating Athena."

Back to my answer, God is playing marbles with the Earth and after his recent loss, many are prophesising a lengthy losing streak for the Almighty One, possibly culminating in the loss of a really important planet, like Neptune.
