What makes this Gemini so emotional?

Sensitive about a lot of stuff, will burst into tears OUT OF NOWHERE. Sometimes i can't believe he is a Gemini.. He's my boyfriend by the way.

He has two things going for him that makes him sensitive. The Venus in Cancer, and Mars in Piscies. So even though he is a Gemini, he will display characteristics of the Cancer and Piscean. I dated a Cancerean, and he was the same way.

Gosh...Probally rising in water sign, possibly Cancer or Pisces. His Venus in Cancer makes him sensitive. Notice in his chart, there's no fire or air sign except his Sun and Mercury. That explains why sometimes you can't believe he's a witty Gemini.

His moon describes how he's sensitive about a lot stuff and then Venus in Cancer. He cares too much about stuff that may not even exsist. Try to be more carefull and less spontaneous with him.

Most Gemini's are very sensitive, combine it with his moon in Virgo and perhaps the water placements and you've pretty much got your answer.

Well, that Pisces Asc would be sensitive.  But I think the answer might lie in his transits.  Uranus would have crossed his Asc and opposed his Moon recently.  That would've started affecting him about a year ago manifesting in erratic mood swings.  Uranus is currently squaring his Mercury... erratic thinking...also could produce some crazy but brilliant ideas.  Then there is transitting Saturn which is basicly the opposite of Uranus.  Uranus is revolution.  Saturn is restriction and the status quo.  Saturn is squaring his Sun and opposing his Mars.  Saturn can also represent the father.  He must be feeling very frustrated at the moment particularly since his Mars is in 12th house.  It is very likely that he is suffering from depression.  Some kind of evaluation would be a good idea.  Good luck.

i am like him but i have libra moon.... i'm sentimental and sometimes i cry out of nowhere.... :s haha but usually no one notice :s what's his asc?..... luck... i'm capricorn rising... i'm from may 26 1988 and your boyfriend? i think he's scorpio rising... lol i was afraid!!! but with that risign he's totally possesive and jealous as you mention....

You look at ones Moon to gauge their emotional response.  His Moon although not in a sign which one would think is emotional, is being trined by "blow everything out of proportion" Jupiter.  Anything that Jupiter touches closely in ones chart especially if it comes to the personal planets will be like putting it under a magnifiying glass and make it larger than life.  When you mentioned that it comes out of nowhere, I was surprised there wasn't a hard aspect to Uranus.  Also, another reason he is probably more emotional than you would expect of a Gemini is due to the fact he has the majority of his planets in feminine signs.  I don't believe Venus would map why he has such an emotional nature really, only because Venus mainly deals with how we love, or what we find beautiful, it doesn't really rule emotion, but I understand where others were leading because it is placed in an emotional watery sign of Cancer.
