No one thing really sets me off. If I'm tired or have been having a bad day in general, like failing a test, spilling food on my favorite shirt, and getting in a fight with my best friend, then just about anything can make me mad. Otherwise, I'm usually pretty optimistic and tend to find soothing good in everything that happens to me. It's easier and less stressful to get through  life that way.

It depends on my mood. If I haven't had everything else fall down around me lately, I can breeze by things that normally make me angry. Otherwise, I have several things that may not necessarily anger me but at least make me want to give up (or in) for the day.

Parents who bring their under 13 children to a PG13 film and especially those who bring their children to a rated R film.

Taking my shoes off after a long day of walking around and THEN stubbing my toe into a table!

Emails getting 'lost' in cyberspace.

People who run into me at a store and tell me they have been thinking about calling me for a month or so and yet they hadn't. I'm in the phone book. Nothing's changed for 20 years.
