What makes you drunk?

im drunk. what specifically makes you drunk. i kinda know but i dont know it all. how come smokeing when you are drunk makes you feel even more drunk?

I get drunk on rum & scotch, pretty good on just beer. don't smoke while you drink, it harms your lungs.

beer or cider,(magners or mahonneys)really do it for me,maybe the occasional Guinness or London pride ale,..smoking goes hand in hand with drinking,the two are inseparable,the only time i smoke is when i drink,..& i drink to get drunk!
