What makes you mental?

Actually, I wish I could go mental more often. It's nice to have outbursts of emotion.

The only time I have outbursts of emotion are: 1. When I'm playing fast-paced shooting games with friends and I get really angry when I die. But I still see it as being really fun, I just like getting angry and entertaining the others with my antics (so my anger is both real and non-real, it doesn't matter, it's merely an outlet of emotion). And...

2. When I watch movies. Mostly sad movies (make me cry a bit...) but also action movies (make me excited).

They're probably the things that make me go mental. I think I need to work on that a bit.

i get angry sometimes, at situations, sometimes people. i wish things were different at times, that my life were different, and it makes me angry i can't make things go the way i want them to.
