If REM sleep is dreaming then everyone dreams, only some of us don't remember what we dream. Under what circumstances are you more likely to remember what you were dreaming, assuming you weren't waked up prematurely.

  1. Usually the only time I remember dreams is if  A) they are recurring, as in I have the same dream several times, or B) when I have been woken and the dream wasn't finished.  Except for a couple of dreams I have all the time, I have never remembered a complete dream.  If I remember one, it always feels unfinished, like I have yet to see or do something I needed to accomplish.

  2. if you remember then when you wake up, keep on thinking about the dream, this will help stop you from forgetting it

  3. The only times I remember my dreams, are if the dreams are weird and disturbing.

  4. to remember your dreams and to keep remembering them are the ones that have significance ..if you don't remember they really have no meaning
