My brand-new mother-and-daughter team of weekly home maintenance keepers!  Something I've needed a long time and thought was impossible.  I'm low, fixed income with a disability, dealing with depression, and the daughter's husband had an idea for me, he suggested to his wife, which she approved, that in exchange for advertising their services as I run errands, their service be free, twice a month.  After I picked my jaw up off the floor, they went one step further, and agreed to accept the same low rate they'd given me, to pay for the other two weeks of the month, rendering it weekly.  

They have 23 other clients, mostly mountain cabin owners who rent to vacationers.  They've given me such incentive that I've begun maintaining the apartment myself again.  I feel like I've lost 50 pounds of responsibility and gained a three-way partnership.
