  1. I think of you darling and no more anger.

  2. when I feel I am not being understood by someone I love ..not being appreciated..I am quick to forgive..if someone is brave enough to try to make me laugh again..they are rewarded..for their bravery

  3. The office people at my university make me angry. They always seem to be in a crabby mood and are snappy and sarcastic.

It seems I lose my temper when everyone else is fine, but when ever everyone around me is angry I think, "Why is everyone so mad? It's not that big of a deal. I gotta get out of here..."

If I am angry at a person, I will look in the mirror and try to imitate that person and exaggerate how they would talk and act as much as I can.

Some people are just so rude that it helps to imagine their unbelievable behavior in a type of sitcom-ish or Seinfeld humor. For example, this woman you work with made a backhanded comment to you in the teacher's lounge at school. So, you can imagine that you're in a sitcom and over-exaggerate your reactions to her remark (then the audience laughs). That way, it is easier to be light-hearted and laugh at the angry situation you were in. Plus, it is a way to remind yourself that everyone experiences similar situations.

  4. People who repeat themselves.

As in when they tell me something & i dont say anything back.. but not because i'm ignoring it.. but because i'm thinking about it.. they repeat themselvess in a bitchyy mood.

I get angry soon when it's people that KNOW that what theyre doing makes me angry..

Usually my mom & my sisters.

Sometimes i can't so i yell alot. I say things i dont mean. Just so they can shut up.

But sometimes i just drown myself with music.. & I dont say anything back so they can just stop..

    It's easier said than done.

    =/

  5. Basically living at home. I'm still 17 and I've had to put up with a lot from my parents that made me sad and angry. Now it's like any little thing they do makes me angry. They still have a lot of problems that they refuse to solve so it affects me. So basically I'm angry everyday. The only thing I can do to overcome that anger is to get out of the house. I'm hoping I can move out very soon at least.

  6. I get angry when people underestimate me.

I get angry rather quickly but remain cool enough that it doesn't show.

I overcome my anger by remembering that while their busy putting on their clown faced, two faced for my benefit not knowing that I can tell what kind of person they are beforehand, therefore their facade is wasted on me.

  7. I don't get angry, babe...

She's very appealing when she's angry...

(I would just spoil my enjoyment of HER anger, if I got angry, too...it can be very arousing at times...read all about it in my novelized biography entitled...

..."The Propitious Improprieties of Premiere Pocket Protectorio...")

  8. I am a very patient person.  It takes a lot to make me angry.  If someone does injustice to another I become angry.  Most people become angry if they don't get their way or feel out of control.  I don't.  I know God is in control and I give the situation over to Him.  We are all tried to our limits, I believe.  Although my patience is long, they have been tried and I am now dealing with anger to the core.  This is caused by an injustice to me - and has continued for a year and a half.  So yes, even patient people will be tried to their limits.

A lot of prayer, counseling, talking with friends and loved ones helps.  Journaling often helps.  That is writing whatever you feel.  Just let the words pour out on paper in whatever order they come to mind.  Don't worry about punctuation.

I've heard kick-boxing helps.  I love the stapler on my desk!  Any kind of physical exercise helps, even if it is just a good walk.

A good cry helps release emotion, too.  When I feel real bad, I cry in the shower.  It makes me feel like the world is crying with me.  Immerse yourself in a nice hot (bubble) bath.  This is more for when I am hurt than when I am angry.  I usually handle my hurts before they turn to anger, if I can.

The main thing is to keep your mind focused on good things.  Anything you can be thankful for, think on these things.  Appreciate what you have and anything good in your life.  When I start to feel angry, I have to figure out where that anger is coming from if there is anything I can do about it, give it to God, and be thankful for anything I possibly can.

  9. I get angry if someone hurts me. Wish I didn't , but there you are.

    If I am angry it's a quick flash , then it's over.

  10. when people misunderstand what i say or malign me.

Yes, i get angry very fast... i try to cool down by listening to music or do something else first...
