  1. I've tried crakers works fast

  2. Milk, yoghourt, cheese

  3. Milk is the number one drink for cooling your mouth down.

I find water works okay for me too, if you don't like milk.

  4. Milk or love juice. Booty Juice works too.

  5. theres this show called food detectives on the food network and they did a test and showed different things people do when they eat spicy foods to cool their mouth down and milk helped the most

  6. bread dipped in bleu cheese dressing

  7. They also investigated several different "remedies" on Mythbusters and milk was found to be the best option.  The burning sensation from spicy foods is caused by capsaicin.  Capsaicin is a molecule that binds to your never receptors and causes them to continually fire (so you feel pain).  Capsaicin is not water soluble, so drinking water won't help with the burn.  Milk and other dairy products contain a protein called casein, which can remove the capsaicin from the nerve receptors and thus make the pain stop.

  8. I was watching tv the other day, and apparently milk is the most helpful, there was some scientific reason. hope this helps :)

  11. take a drink of milk, then hold it in your mouth for about 5 seconds. then either spit of swollow it. then repeat as much as you need to.

  12. Another vote for milk.  Always knew this.  The new show food detectives on foodnetwork just put this to a test, milk won.
