What makeup can i wear with these outfits? and what can i do to my hair?

I'm 14. I am going for a 3 day conference and we have to wear business suits on 2 days. On both days i'm wearing 3 piece suits. On the first a navy blue pant suit with a white skinny inside, and black heels. On the second day a navy blue suit (skirt) with a red skinny and black heels. On the last day a off white sari which I painted, it's very simple with a few butterflies in pinks, oranges and yellows and a non shiny silver vine only on the headpiece.

Please help me with the makeup. The first 2 days should be subtle. and the hair. should i keep it up or down? what can i do?

I'm 5'6", medium skin(about the color of rihanna's), kind of curly longish black hair(4 inches below my shoulder), dark brown eyes, and slim

For the first 2 days, you're right about doing a natural look. Go for neutral/nude colour eyeshadows (such as beige, browns, taupes etc.), pop a little bit of blush to give yourself a glow and a nice gloss (but don't over do the glossiness).

For the 3rd day, I guess eyeshadows colours that match your sari would be nice? (pink, orange - yellow might be a bit too bold for a conference sort of event) I would avoid too much blush if you're using such warm colours. Also, I think thin silver hoops would go with your outfit on the 3rd day but not the first 2. To go with the suits, I reckon a silver ring would look quite neat.

Hair... it really depends if you want to look more fresh faced or not, because long hair might look sloppy compared to the suits - therefore you might want to consider tying it up for the first 2 days and then letting it down on the 3rd.
