What makeup should a blonde wear?

I have blonde hair and blue eyes what makeup (eye shadow, blush, mascara, etc.) would look good on me? I am 13 years old and my parents let me wear a little makeup, but wont let me wear anything that looks really fake like sparkles.

lotion: be sure to put on face lotion that doesn't clog your pores before you apply your make up.

foundation: get a color that matches your skin and apply it evenly all over your face and a little bit on your neck so it blends. if you don't like liquid make-up, i would suggest bare minerals. it works really good. make sure you go to the bare minerals make up counter so they can match your color for you.

powder: you put your powder (like compact powder) on after you do your foundation, make sure the colors match up.

blush:light pink. just smile and put it on your cheeks

eye shadow: light pinks (only if your skin doesnt already have a pink tint to it ), browns. whatever color you do dont put too much.

eye liner: brown, only use black if you do black eye shadow.

mascara:black.

Your very lucky having parents who let you do that. Lol.

EYES:

Eye liner - Brown is very natural and very pretty with blonde hair. Line the waterline with the brown and then thicken at the outer corners below the waterline. Then line a SMALL area above the eye so it looks like the outer tips of your eyes are lined.

Eyeshadow - Pinks and creamy colours / light browns would go very nicely.

Mascara - Black mascara is always the best way to go. apply 2-3 coats on top and only apply to bottom if it suits you. (Yes it doesn't suit everyone.)

FACE:

Foundation - Very minimal at your age. If you feel the urge to wear some then use a loose powder foundation that MATCHES your skin. No point in wearing an orange face. Lol.

Blush - Light pink on the cheekbones and top with one dab of bronzer. This gives a very nice and natural look.

LIPS:

Lipstick/ Lipgloss - You should use a light pink lipgloss or even put on a lightly coloured lipstick and coat with clear gloss. This has nearly the same effect but would be twice as long.

ok i have blonde hair blue eyes and fair skin to ...its so hard to find stuff to suit us !!

but after agesss of experimenting lol i came up with some gud-uns...

i tend to avoid eyeshadow because it looks really harsh on fair skin and really un natural and kinda odd but sometimes i wud dab some grey on for a smoky sorta look that looks really good on blondes...

no blues on the eyes because it really doesnt make the eyes stand out but brown does ..

only underline half the bottom eye in eyeliner so its not to harsh and looks good and use eyeliner for top aswell..then use liquid eyeliner(takes practise) on the lid and dab grey eyeshadow over the top for a good smoky

i think bronzer looks better on fair skin because blush can make us look really young

...if your brave red lipgloss looks so glam on blondes but otherwise a light pink
