im fair skinned, dirty strawberry blonde and green eyes

Eyes: A yellow , pink. Mostly loud colors to bring attetnion to your eyes and take away from your skin. Add shimmer and white eyeliner at the bottom so it will POP! You can use false eyelashes also but some ppl arent to cool with them.

Foundation: None! Stick to bronzer or a gold shimmer powder so it will look fairly natural just glowing.

Lips: Clear or a nude pink. You can get some Lipgloss with glitter also. Just be sure to add vaseline as your primer so it will stay on alot longer.
