What makeup would go good with my complexion and my dress?

This is me: http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn240/amandamolegirl/ugly006.jpg

This is my dress:http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn240/amandamolegirl/dress.jpg

I know that the polka dots and that look blue but they are actually white and the dress itself is black

Also, what can I do with my hair? This is for the homecoming dance at my school

  1. Either straigten your hair or get a cut updo, curls would be nice too.

The dress is pretty simple so I would suggest powder. and lots and lots and lots of mascara. and some sheer pink lipgloss

  2. okay for your hair you could curl your whole head and then kind of sweep it into a side ponytail but make sure the top is a little messy because that's how curls are supposed to look its a very romantic and dressy look without being over the top and promy looking and for makeup i would do a smoky eye cause im guessing the dance is at night cover your eye with a light color then do like a purplish gray and add a little shimmer so your eyes pop then just do some blush and a nude lip and it will look amazing!!!

  3. curl your hair, but only the top layer and then slightly comb it out. now for make up... curl your eyelashes, apply mascara, get a dark brown eyeliner and apply it to both top and bottom, like so... you pull up your upper lid and apply to that stretch of skin that is UNDER the lashes. then you apply above the lashes. now do the same for the bottom. now put like an olive green eye shadow. add some shimmer, a little rouge and wala!

  4. i think half up half down with curls framing your face would look pretty.  maybe a sparkle clip could add a little flair to your pulled back hair.

for makeup i would use browns, staying away from black because it will be too harsh on your fair skin and light haircolor.  i would focus on the eyes and keep the rest simple. do a smokey eye with light brown towards the inner eye and go darker as you go out, use eye liner sparingly and finish with mascara.  next a nude lip would be perfect by addind gloss and your done.
