What makeup would look good for me?

i have pale skin with Little ting of tan on me.

i have really dark brown hair ,and my eyes are a grey light blue color with a dark blue band going around it i have plump lips that are annoying and I'm 13 going into 8th grade plz help

if you have good skin i wouldnt wear any foundation

since you are so young i would use just a little bit of eyeliner, blended to look a little smokey and just one layer of mascara.

with plump lips, clear lip gloss usually looks good.
