What mall stores hire people at 16 years old?

stores like Limited Too or Forever 21...anything really...

i just really need a new job.

Your best bet is probably American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie, Wet Seal, Papaya, or like you said Forever 21 and Limited Too. There's also random stores like Hallmark,  Things Remembered, or Starbucks/Cold Stone if you're willing to work with food. Just go to your mall and be pro-active about asking if they're hiring...a lot of stores will be looking for teens around this time especially since summer's approaching!

Get a mall directory from customer service and call each store.  Also, most service desks have job postings or a notebook with needs and requirements right at the desk!  GOOD LUCK and dress up when you go and ask for an application.  Practice interviewing and use spell check on your application!!

Yes ,  go into limited two or old navy and ask to speak to the hiring manager. When you go, be bubbly and dress nice to give them a great impression! GOOD LUCK!
