one guy who is cold,mean and bad towards guy 2 but actually he likes him and guy 2 dosent have any clue about it....

It's not EXACTLY like what you're describing but the one I'd recommed is called Yellow. (I can't think of the manga-ka's name currently) However it's about two men who are kind of like secret detectives Goh is the openly g*y man who wants to make love to Taki but each time he pulls a move on Taki...Taki pulls out his gun and threats to shot. ^^; It's a comedy/action/romance yaoi however the drawings are wonderful.
