Seminal fluid from the seminal vesicle (~70% of s***n) - includes enzymes, amino acids, sugars (to provide energy for the sperm), Vitamin C, prostoglandins

Prostate fluid from the prostate gland (~25% of s***n) - includes enzymes, citric acid, zinc

Sperm are produced by the seminiferous tubules in the testes. The fluid of s***n is made up of secretions from accessory structures, the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland. These contribute fructose to provide energy for the sperm to swim and prostaglandins which are hormone type substances which cause rhythmic contractions in the females reproductive system allowing the sperm to penetrate the female reproductive tract. The accessory organs  also produce enzymes to change the viscosity of the mucus in the female reproductive tract to allow access by sperm.
