  3. I would say down. Look for the small caps to lead us out of this mess. Keep your eye on Standard and Poore's  600 and the Russel 2000.If they edge up higher on a regular basses then we could be heading out.

  7. Markets are very volatile and experts feel that they are headed downwards.

    So better to keep out of markets for quite a while and then start investing when the volatility setteles down
